This Refund Policy applies to services offered by SanheetaInnovation Pvt Ltd under the brand name Bambak ("Bambak","we", "us", or "our")through our platform bambak.in (the "Platform"). This policyoutlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for eventtickets, premium service packages, technology licenses, and other servicespurchased through the Platform.By purchasing services through Bambak, you acknowledge thatyou have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Event Tickets

Refunds for event tickets purchased through Bambak aresubject to the specific refund policies set by the respective event organizers.Bambak acts as a ticketing platform and does not independently determine therefund terms for events.

Organizer's Policy: The refund policy for a specific event will be clearly displayed on the event page during the ticket purchase process. It is your responsibility to review and understand the organizer's refund policy before purchasing tickets.
Contacting  the Organizer: If you wish to request a refund for an event ticket, you must directly contact the event organizer as per the instructions provided in their refund policy or on the event page.
Bambak's Role: Bambak will facilitate the refund process as instructed by the event organizer, provided the request complies with the organizer's stated policy. We are not responsible for decisions made by event organizers regarding refunds.
Event Cancellation or Postponement: In the event of an event cancellation or significant postponement by the organizer, the organizer's policy will dictate the refund process. Bambak will use reasonable efforts to communicate such changes to affected ticket holders.


2. Premium Event Management Packages and TechnologyLicenses

Refunds for premium event management packages, technologylicenses (e.g., event dashboards, QR systems, hybrid streaming), customsoftware development services, and on-site & virtual operations supportservices are subject to the terms outlined in the specific agreement or servicecontract entered into between Sanheeta Innovation and the client.

Service     Agreements: The governing refund terms will be detailed in the individual service agreement or contract. These agreements will specify     the conditions under which refunds may be granted, the applicable refund     amounts, and the process for requesting a refund.
Project-Based     Services: For custom software development and certain operational support services, refunds may not be applicable once the project or     service delivery has commenced, as resources and efforts would have been     allocated. The terms of the service agreement will prevail.
Termination     Clauses: The service agreement may contain clauses regarding termination and any associated refunds based on the stage of service delivery or breach of contract.

3. Marketplace Commissions

Commissions earned by Bambak from connecting clients withpremium vendors through our marketplace are generally non-refundable once theservice has been rendered or the event has taken place. Any disputes regardingthe quality of vendor services should be directly addressed with the vendor,and their individual service agreements and refund policies will apply.

4. General Refund Conditions Valid     Purchase:

Refunds will only be considered for valid purchases made directly through the Bambak Platform.

Proof     of Purchase: You may be required to provide proof of purchase, such as     your order confirmation or transaction details, when requesting a refund.

Processing     Time: Once a refund is approved by the event organizer (for tickets) or by Bambak (as per service agreements), the processing time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment     method and financial institution.
No Refund for No-Show or Missed Events: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the event organizer's policy, refunds will generally not be issued for non-attendance at an event.
Service     Usage: For subscription-based technology licenses, refunds may not be provided for the unused portion of a subscription if cancellation occurs mid-term, unless otherwise specified in the licensing agreement.
