Welcome to Bambak.in (the "Platform"), a platform provided by Sanheeta Innovation Pvt Ltd ("Sanheeta Innovation", "we", "us", or "our") that revolutionizes event management for business owners. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all content, features, and services offered (collectively, the "Services").By accessing or using the Platform or Services, you ("you", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform or Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms

If you are using the Platform or Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" includes that organization.

Bambak provides a tech-enabled platform designed to connect businesses with premium service providers for various corporate events, including business summits, product launches, annual days, hybrid trade shows, virtual exhibitions, and more. Our Services include:A centralized event management platform.AI-enabled tools for planning, logistics, and analytics. A curated marketplace of high-end event services and vendors.Live-streaming platform capabilities.Features such as QR code check-ins, virtual booths, AI-driven personalization, real-time analytics, event microsites, event CRM integration, gamification tools, automated communications, smart event apps, AI chatbot support, SaaS dashboards, and dynamic feedback tools.
3. User AccountsAccount Creation:
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
Account Suspension/Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Platform and Services in a responsible and lawful manner. You shall not:Use the Platform or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.Violate any applicable laws or regulations.Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Sanheeta Innovation or any third party.Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or Services.Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or Services, other user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Platform.Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from other users without their consent.Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, libelous, harassing, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Use the Platform or Services for spamming or other unsolicited commercial communications.
5. Intellectual PropertyOur Ownership:
The Platform and Services, including all content, features, design, software, code, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Sanheeta Innovation and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Services for their intended purpose.
User Content: By submitting or uploading content to the Platform ("User Content"), you grant Sanheeta Innovation a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the Platform and Services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights.
6. Third-Party Content and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by Sanheeta Innovation. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your interactions with third-party websites or services are solely between you and the applicable third party, and you agree that Sanheeta Innovation shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such interactions.
7. Fees and PaymentsService Fees:
Certain features or services offered on the Platform may be subject to fees. The applicable fees will be clearly displayed on the Platform or in a separate agreement.
Payment Terms: You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the payment terms specified. We may use third-party payment processors to facilitate payments.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your use of the Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. SANHEETA INNOVATION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SANHEETA INNOVATION, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF SANHEETA INNOVATION HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sanheeta Innovation, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to the Platform or Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform or by other means, such as email. Your continued use of the Platform or Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.
13. Termination
We may terminate these Terms or your access to all or any part of the Platform or Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform and Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, intellectual property provisions, disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sanheeta Innovation regarding your use of the Platform and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
